| Audio Postcards - Very cool service ($19.95 a month at the time I added it to this page). You can send anyone an email containing a link to a voice recording. Nicest thing about it is that you can do it on the road when you have no email access and it requires NO geek-knowhow. You simply call a number, record the email addresses that it will go to, record your message and they get an email with a link in it. DONT think its just limited to email. Custom Cards and Postcards, automated, but with a personal touch This vendor has an interesting system. They have all sorts of professionally designed cards online, both postcards and regular greeting cards. You choose the outside, and (here's the cool part), you type up what you want to say, just like an email - except that they take that and print it on the postcard or greeting card IN YOUR HANDWRITING and then you choose the signature - which is YOUR SIGNATURE and it all prints on the card, which they stuff, address and mail. Its great for automating touches to prospects in particular. IE: people you want to stay in contact with, but may not need a super personal touch from a real handwritten card. Give it a try.
